 These Terms of Service govern your use of the Alta Omni website at altaomni.com and any services provided by Howson Holdings LLC doing business as Alta Omni. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. ABOUT ALTA OMNI

Alta Omni is a revenue operations service for independent cash-pay wellness clinics. We provide patient retention infrastructure, automation systems, and performance reporting services to clinic operators. Alta Omni is operated by Howson Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

2. SERVICES

Alta Omni provides the following services to clinic clients under a written Service Agreement: patient communication automation, appointment reminder sequences, lapsed patient reactivation systems, consultation conversion follow-up, reputation management automation, and performance dashboard reporting. All services are governed by the separate Client Service Agreement executed between Alta Omni and each client.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Service fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are outlined in the Client Service Agreement signed by each client. Implementation fees are non-refundable. Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the commencement date established in the Service Agreement. 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All system architecture, automation sequences, workflow logic, dashboard design, and operational frameworks delivered by Alta Omni remain the exclusive intellectual property of Howson Holdings LLC. Client data and patient records belong exclusively to the client at all times.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Howson Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
